The Aging LGBT Aging Issues Network works to raise awareness about the concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) elders and about the unique barriers they encounter in gaining access to housing, healthcare, long-term care and other needed services.

FORGE, Transgender Aging Network - Milwaukee, WI

The Transgender Aging Network is a program of Forge Forward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It exists to improve the lives of current and future trans elders. Forge Forward provides peer support primarily to those on the female-to-male (FTM) gender spectrum and local Significant Others, Friends, Family, and Allies (SOFFAs).

Gray Gay

Gray Gay is a website geared toward gay members of the 50+ community. It includes the latest news headlines, extensive links and resource, reviews and advice for online dating, and gay retirement and care facilities worldwide, as well as an extensive travel advice section.

Griot Circle - Brooklyn, NY

GRIOT Circle is an intergenerational, culturally diverse community based organization serving the needs of lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgender elders of color over the age of fifty. We provide emotional support and quality programs that affirm the lives of this often invisible marginalized population. GRIOT is committed to honoring and preserving our histories and traditions and reuniting those parts of ourselves that have been fragmented by racism and homophobia. We maintain a space, free of discrimination based on age, gender, race, sexuality, spirituality and ethnic origin. Everyone is welcome

National Resource Center on LGBT Aging - New York, NY

Founded in 2010, the National Resource Center on LGBT Aging is the only resource center focused on assisting communities across the country in their efforts to provide support and services for LGBT older adults.

Old Lesbians Organizing for Change - Athens, OH

A national network of old lesbians over age 60 working to make life better for old lesbians through support networks and by confronting ageism in their communities and country using education and public discourse as primary tools. They host large national gatherings on an annual basis.

Prime Timers Worldwide

Prime Timers is emerging as a leading force in the gay and bisexual communities with over 80 chapters throughout North America, Europe, and Australia. Prime Timers are older gay or bisexual men (and younger men who admire mature men) who enrich their social lives, engage in diverse activities, and enjoy opportunities and friendships with other Prime Timers throughout the world.

Rainbow, Faith and Freedom

Rainbow Faith and Freedom is a global movement to confront religious-based LGBTI discrimination and improve human and equality rights of LGBTI people everywhere. Decreasing and lessening the effects of religious-based LGBTI discrimination can, and will, make changing punitive laws easier and improve the lives of LBGTI people so they can be who they are, love who they want, and find safe and accepting places to practice their faith (worship).

Services and Advocacy for GLBT Elders (SAGE) - New York, NY

Services & Advocacy for GLBT Elders (SAGE) is the largest and oldest organization in the United States dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults. SAGE offers supportive services and consumer resources for LGBT older adults and their caregivers, advocates for public policy changes that address the needs of LGBT older people, and provides training for aging providers and LGBT organizations.

The LGBT Aging Project

The LGBT Aging Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender older adults have equal access to the life-prolonging benefits, protections, services and institutions that their heterosexual neighbors take for granted.

The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force

The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force builds the political power of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community from the ground up. We do this by training activists, organizing broad-based campaigns to defeat anti-LGBT referenda and advance pro-LGBT legislation, building the organizational capacity of our movement and generating groundbreaking research through our Policy Institute.

TransgenderThailand

TransgenderThailand has partnered with several hospitals with the aim of giving everyone safe and effective transgender and gender-nonconforming surgeries.  Their partners offer a safe and welcoming environment for people hoping to complete their transition.  Their partner hospitals also offer comprehensive transgender health services.
